The following is a list of dead lights.
The attached image shows the locations.
I could not determine which light is the “Right Lane Gumball” (#8).
None were replaced, however; beneath the Playfield each has been marked with blue tape.
- 2 Million (bottom left)
- Door Handle (mid field)
- 5 Million (lower leftside)
- Super Slot (mid field)
- Special (bottom right)
- 5 Million (Mid Field)
- Multiball (Upper Field)
- Gumball? (Lamp 86)
NOTE: It was determined that the black plastic bulb housing may have two “nubs” of plastic that are preventing it from fully being locked into place. This needs a closer inspection.

Techs: Oliver & Drew
Problem: Right In-lane switch not detecting
Prediction: Bad Switch
Actions: Oliver and I tested & confirmed: switch is bad. Trimed leaf to length and replaced switch
Result: Right In-Lane switch detection
Conclusion: Problem Resolved
Problem: trough switch was not detecting ball.
“Locating Balls, Please Wait”
Observation: The white/green wire along the matrix was loose at one of the terminals causing erratic detection.
Action: Resoldered the wires to the terminal
Result: Right trough switch detects the ball
Conclusion: Problem Resolved
Closed problem report
Status changed: Broken → Good
Replaced right trough switch, now right inlane, far left trough, and right trough switches all operate as expected. Game starts and loads gumballs properly
According to matt the right inlane switch also does not work, unsure why but it shares brown/green wire with right trough, could be why? Also could be completely unrelated
After further inspection, finally found the switch that is actually broken through continuity testing. It is the Right Trough switch. Other issue is: white-green wire is continuous between right trough and far left trough (both do not operate as intended, though the actual switch of the far left trough is functional). Both switches get properly triggered when jumping the white-green wire connection from another area of the playfield (right slingshot). White green wire seems to be connected directly to both right trough and far left trough as well
