Balls got stuck in Slot machine kickout, found a bulb lodged inside blocking the balls from returning. The bulb is back in, and everything is running fine now.

While playing the game today I had a ball get stuck in this same way, so the problem is not fixed. Gently shaking the machine freed the ball. It might be getting stuck on the lip of where the magnet meets the playfield, or there is residual magnetism, or a combination of both.

Open Problem: Look into a possible divot or residual magnetism under where the ball drops for the gumball (ball rides the rail, stops, drops, and then is supposed to roll down the playfield, but it’s not rolling down the playfield).
