Front and back legs are same length, measured

My hypothesis is that some of the intermittent gameplay issues (skill shot launch, gumball wire ramp scoop) are a result of the ball not having enough speed due to the shallow level.

Tried putting the back legs up as high as possible, game is still not level. We could try replacing the back legs with longer ones?
