Tightened nut around ball lift plunger.

Cleaned and waxed playfield, replaced balls, cleaned glass on both sides.

Closed Problem: Lights on backbox are not lighting up, ball pusher is loose.

Most lights were out. Light fuse was good. Traced lights wire to lock relay. Pushing on the lower switch turned the lights on. Filed switch surfaces with metal file. Lights now work.

Loose playfield element fixed. Lights have a newer problem report.

Closed Problem: Some of the lights on the back-box appear to be out. One of the flipper-looking plastic pieces on the playfield is loose and the ball can get stuck. We should also test that each bumper works when the ball makes contact

With Trade Winds, missing lights are normally a Jones plug or other contact issue, rather than the bulbs themselves.

This problem was due to playfield bumpers having loose screws and rotating into the bumper skirts. That set off the bumper continually. Tightened all playfield bumper mounting screws.

Closing auto-problem in favor of original

Closed Problem: Juice auto-shut-down Trade Winds after a sustained power overload — ~132W (peak 189W) for 1m 13s, vs 51W normal draw. Powered off and locked to prevent overheating.
