Center bumper’s cap came off in play.

Appears to be stuck on match screen, pressing start button doesn’t begin new game

Machine not starting up properly. Only some lights turn on, back box half the lights are on. Buttons unresponsive.

There is nothing wrong with the machine itself I was cleaning the machine and as I was attempting to put the 8-Ball lane pieces back I couldn’t figure out how to do it… machine is down for now until myself (or a very generous volunteer, not expected though) is able to help put it back together. There is a tray with loose screws and new elastics in the coin box area in the cabinet (right when you open it you’ll see it).

Cap on a pop bumper popped off (the one closest to the front), needs to be reattached.

Ball stuck under plastic

No speech, sounds/music work okay

“C” light fully not working.

Machine no longer talking, but still has other sounds. Customer who was familiar with the machine pointed out that there are two separate potentiometers controlling the volume of the sounds and talking (could be issue?)
