Jay started a game before clocking in and the speech is nice and loud now. Not sure what changed?

Closed Problem: No speech, sounds/music work okay

Status changed: Broken → Good

Replaced the plastic in the proper place with the correct screws.

I also corrected the placement of the blue post from a previous problem report. The swinging gate was not properly aligned with the post. I checked and made sure the ball does not get stuck like it did previously. I have attached a video.

I also replaced many lights and rubbers. The game is looking great now.

Closed Problem: *There is nothing wrong with the machine itself* I was cleaning the machine and as I was attempting to put the 8-Ball lane pieces back I couldn’t figure out how to do it… machine is down for now until myself (or a very generous volunteer, not expected though) is able to help put it back together. There is a tray with loose screws and new elastics in the coin box area in the cabinet (right when you open it you’ll see it).

Status changed: Good → Broken

Replaced light bulbs for C, 6, 7, X

Closed Problem: "C" light fully not working.

Plunger tip was already replaced prior to inspection.

Observation: I noticed the plunger rod itself is not centered in the chute causing the rubber tip to consistently scrape the metal decorative housing.

Action: I loosened and repositioned both the rod and housing as much as possible.

Result: The condition is improved but still not properly aligned. There is now a slight clearance now between the rubber tip and surrounding metal.

Next Step: While everything functions properly it may be worth fully removing and/or replacing the rod. For now, case closed.

** Further observations: Two missing screws were replaced **

Closed Problem: Replace plunger tip

Fixed by turning potentiometer

Closed Problem: Machine no longer talking, but still has other sounds. Customer who was familiar with the machine pointed out that there are two separate potentiometers controlling the volume of the sounds and talking (could be issue?)

Showed guest the start button is the metal button on the front of coin door. We should probably make a sign/modify the game to add a credit with start button

Closed Problem: Appears to be stuck on match screen, pressing start button doesn’t begin new game

Ball still got stuck sometimes on the temporary post. Replaced it with a 1" elastic across two posts. Problem seems resolved.

Playfield is slightly warped. Level in the middle is about 0.5 degrees to the right on top and 0.5 degrees to the left on the bottom.

Closed Problem: Game was abandoned because ball was stuck. Looks like there was some sort of missing post. I swapped in a spare star post. Fixing this requires figuring out what used to be there, getting one, and putting it in

Leveled playfield.
