Worked both in switch test and live play.
GI problem was all bulb and socket issues. Replaced every flaky bulb and cleaned any socket that was still sus with alcohol. Total of 15 bulbs replaced.
Power switch is DPST. Marked 5A 125V, 3A 250V. 0.45" diameter, about 0.5"length of thread. Mounted on plate about 0.09".
Identified that connector P3 on solenoid driver board is intermittent, and reboots if you wiggle it. It contains the 5V line to the MPU board. We should replace the connector and see if it still restarts after that.
Last night and today I caught Star Trek rebooting spontaneously. Just now it did it twice in a few minutes after being quiet for 90 minutes
Ken replaced a few bad bulbs and adjusted a couple of other final details. Caleb replaced the lamp board header that was broken and wiggly. That got everything working.
We then moved it out into the hall.
Replaced bulbs across the machine, found 3 with no voltage
Replaced 2 of 3 models connectors for rectifier board
