Routine: Clean the playfield

after a surprising amount of work to get all the elements above the plastic off of the playfield, I replaced the cracked plastic

Closed Problem: Found piece of broken plastic in the coin box while milking cows. Located broken plastic on playfield, it’s the left slingshot cover under the Squirtle bowl diverter. We might have a spare plastic in the bag (in the machine) for a replacement. We should take a look at the placement of the diverter/drop from the ramp so that this doesn’t happen again. We should let the distributor/Stern know as well.

Josh leveled the machine and I raised the back legs a bit more so the bubble near the shooter lane is right in the middle. Rattling is a lot better now, it still happens but I think it’s due to how the lane was designed. Closing problem.

Closed Problem: Plunging does not always make it all the way around. Rattles on the way up

Stern sent us a full set of replacement plastics. I put the box in the storage closet. Changing this problem to a task because it’s not urgent at all.

Leveled to the best of my ability, seems to be much less tilted toward the right than before

Replaced balls

Balls tend to get backed up going down the drain, usually happens during a multi ball.

Emailed service@sternpinball.com for guidance about preventing this plastic from breaking when we replace it, also inquired about extra plastics/stickers.

Cleaned the playfield

Issue has disappeared from tech alerts. Will keep an eye out for this message in the future.
