Left flipper reported as not working. I confirmed.
New game cannot be started. When start button is pressed, mechanical whirring happens for a second or two, but score reels do not reset and ball doesn’t feed to plunge lane
Score reels aren’t advancing
Scoring does not work as it should. For example, Player 2 scores that should increment by 500 when the center target is hit may only increment by 300. Other scoring sensors give a sound or reaction but no score increment.
Top left rollover switch appears to be triggering the tilt relay
Can put the machine into an “active game” state by manually firing the reset relay, but pressing the start button doesn’t trigger a new game
1000 point chime not sounding, solenoid is not firing
Customer reported that fourth player in a multiplayer game cannot be added/started.
