Rubber Pad should be replaced. Worn down, metal exposed.

Ideal temporary fix: Rotate the Pad 180⁰
Problem: The arm would not budge from the rod. I did not want to force it

Plan B Temp Fix: Electric Tape was added to prevent exposed metal
