Replaced right flipper pawl with new pawl using existing linkage.
Notched end washer popped off of part of the flipper assembly. I cannot reattach it successfully. This happened as I was tightening the right flipper bat in place. Took photo of how it should look with the left flipper.

The right flipper pawl had been tightened to the point of deformation, as well as popping the welded head off the machine screw. I had to use a screwdriver to bend its arms apart enough to remove it.
I found a new pawl in our bin of flipper rebuild kits, and attached it, only to find that it was a pawl for a left flipper. I also wanted to replace the white plastic bushing, but the 3 screws holding it in place are very tight and just strip out, so I left the bushing alone.
We will have to await the delivery of right-side flipper parts before getting this working.
