Speech is not currently working. Self test for audio has silence when the speech portion is referenced.

  • checking DIP switches to make sure speech is active should be done
  • Since audio seems to be working fine, checking the ICs on the speech board is probably a good next step if the DIP switches are configured correctly.

Dip Switch 2 was in the ON position, supposedly should be ON to have voice active. After adjusting the mixer dial voice/talk seems to be working fine.

Oddly if DIP switch 2 is off voice test still plays all the words/phrases, might just cut voices off while a game is active.
