Cleaned the EOS switch; didn’t help. Tightened EOS switch gap and it got better.

Observations:

There was an “overflow” of solder on one of the leaf switch leads. The excess created a small gap between the lead and the plate. There were marks indicating a possible ARC occuring between the two surfaces.

Actions:
•Removed the overflow to eliminate possible arcing.
•Checked wiring connections
•Cleaned the dirty leaf contacts

Initial Result:
The flipper performed successfully for 30-40 tests. Unfortunately the issue intermittently returned.

Next Steps:
Clean inspect and clean the solenoid.
