Found the sensor wire form had enough play to interfere with ramp plastic and get stuck. Some previous hack had cut off the plastic to avoid the sticking.
It was easier and better to dismount the wire form and bend the trapezoid wider to eliminate the free play.
Balls are getting stuck on center ramp when they are too low in momentum. The sensor wire catches them.
Left flipper was weak
Tried a bunch of stuff, eventually figured out that eh brackets holding the coils were tightened too much
Also, replace a fuse. I suspect a short in the coin door when the lock bar lever is not fully to the right.
Minor light replacement work, the “Ride Again” and right special lights still don’t light up after replacement
Guest reported metal piece was in the way of the ball in the left inlane. I removed the debris.
Status changed: Broken → Good
Gate to coaster ramp was way off. Nuts on bottom had come completely off, ditto the sensor. Added washers and put nuts back in place. Reconnected sensor. Replaced screw on top of left post, as Phillips head was very chewed up. Tightened everything firmly.
Left flipper is still a little weak, but it definitely works now. No idea what the issue was.
