Found the ball stuck in the trough and shook the machine a little to free it. Game immediately lit up and was ready to start a game!

Closed Problem: No start. Not a Juice problem Checked fuses under playfield

This happens a lot. Since a little shake saves it, no big deal. A fix would require playfield mods, which I do not envision us making, so I am closing this report.

Closed Problem: Customer reported ball got stuck repeatedly near top of playfield. Can fix by shaking it seems?
