Closed Problem: Saucer doesn’t seem to be responding

Status changed: Fixing → Good

Ball was stuck in this kicker hole. Removing ball and starting a new game fixed the issue. Ball will eject from this hole as expected during gameplay.

Closed Problem: Game is not starting. It turned on and is making noise as if the game is trying to start, but no balls eject. I tried pressing the black start button which usually works but that didn’t work. Tried the original “doorbell” on the bottom, unsuccessful. Hitting the left or right flipper, unsuccessful.
