Left flipper coil is shorted and melted. It’s not the original to the machine, and a different model. Needs to be replaced with correct one and ensure that there isn’t anything that caused it to fail
Finished pretty deep clean of the lower playfield (everything below the start of the ramps and orbit lanes).
Replaced bridge rectifier for 20v line. Tests good
Right flipper gets stuck regularly up. Test mode suggests E.O.S. switch could be the culprit
Started detailed clean of the playfield and changing rubber rings. Got ~ 1/4 of the way up the playfield (just above the slings). Some of the wire ramps and plastic overlays from the left front quadrant of the playfield are still detached because i didnt finish cleaning/waxing the section of playfield under them yet.

Caleb checked the Fliptronics board. It seems good.
Found fuse F111 also blown. With power board removed, Caleb showed us how to test each diode in each bridge rectifier using the diode mode on a multimeter.
Consistent with this, bridge rectifier BR4 has a bad diode.
Caleb detached the bad rectifier and new parts are on order
Cut soldered-on wires so we can remove the board and test it
Apparent burn marks on right flipper solenoid
