Wiped and polished springs and guides as best as I could, but there’s still significant corrosion

Closed Problem: Playfield guide springs are rough and need polishing

Cleaned and waxed entire play field

Closed Problem: Playfield is dirty

Submitted parts request to replace all 8 springs around the edges of the playfield. Removed all springs and put them in ziplock bag in machine

Open Problem: Broken springs. Most are 1/4in diameter. The side springs are 4” not including the end loops Note some springs are mounted on only one end, as ball guides.

Closed Problem: Playfield bumper springs are rough and need polishing

Wiped down coils and bumpers with cleaner. Still significant rust, but surfaces have been thoroughly wiped

Pre-reconditioning photography and review.

Many solenoids have rusty shafts. Some springs are broken. Many rusty parts. Wiring looks good. Score assembly has no visible damage.
