Yesterday we opened the back and got out many of the stuck balls. It was a very dusty and dirty. We cleaned up what we could.

The balls are getting jammed because there’s a small lever “elevator” that brings the balls from the chute to a below chute one at a time.

That lever doesn’t come back up after the first ball is transported so all the balls just start back piling into the chute.

Edit: The “Seesaw” will never come back up if the hopper is not sufficiently full–it had to constantly have enough balls such that the two levers off the hopper chutes are “open” for the game to function correctly.
