Went through with logic probing the switch matrix circuit, on every other column points A and B both pulse (imagine they are both oppositely activated as intended but pulsing, unsure if im understanding that correctly) but for the green red issue column point B still pulses properly but point A is a constant high. If I am correct with my reasoning and the IC is broken, the replacement is a ULN-2803 as denoted on the manual.
