Investigated power wiring, identified the hot side of the 120 V (narrow prong of polarized plug) is intentionally (per wiring diagram) connected to several components (SEQUENCE BANK RESET, CONTROL BANK RESET) before the fuse and switch. Suggested solution is to add new power cord (including ground) to connect hot side directly to fuse and switch.
