Soil wasnt well aligned and had worked itself loose.

The under field relay that controls the top most light under the right ball lock makes a loud buzzing sound when it is engaged

It sounded like the buzzing might have been coming from the coil. I tightened it down as best I could, this didnt resolve the problem though.
