Non-issue, watch play pf other machines on the internet, this is the expected state.

Confirmed this is not a problem with the under-playfield relay that is in charge of the on/off state of all three pop bumpers. I think there must be a physical short closing the circuit very close to the offending pop bumper.

Next step might be to disassemble the bumper to get a look at wiring on the bottom of/ directly below it.
