Closed problem report

With Jay and James, pulled opto board. Found the 270 Ohm resistor bad (short) so it had blown the diode. Our pack only had 230 or 330 Ohms so we chose a 330 and soldered it in with a new LED. Verified glow on all LEDs using the new DC power supply. Switch matrix indicates we are good now.

Note new resistor is very small in size, hope it dissipates energy well enough.
