As best I can tell, this is a problem with the cabinet. We’ll need a woodworker to tell us if it warped or if it has always been this way. Permanent alteration to make it fit is a last resort.
Description
Lock bar not sitting flush on the machine. Potentially normal for the machine, consider sanding down the lock bar so it sits flush.
