The coil sleeve extended too high out of the solenoid and was keeping it from propper alignment of the solenoid between the stop and the coil mounting bracket, i filed the sleeve down by ~1/16.

The bushing was only secured with one of its three mounting screws, adding the others seemed to improve angle the flipper pawl sits at.

Right flipper is still slightly weaker than the left but is capable of making all its shots.
