With Matt Short.

This machine has no bar for propping up the playfield. It seems to expect to be pushed back and rested that way, though I did notice the back resting on a playfield bracket as pictured.

Took flipper assembly apart. The Allen bolt torques are very high in this machine, and the playfield is crowded, making it too hard to use the high leverage Allen wrench end, so we used a nut driver as a cheater bar to get enough leverage on the short end.

The rod end was somewhat mushroomed. Since the plastic sleeves have a small ridge inside, that mushroomed head was catching on the sleeve ridge. (I am unsure why the ridge exists)

We used a grinding attachment on the Dremel to smooth out the end of the rod. After reassembly, everything seems good.
