Right coil had a fair amount of play (see video) they should be snug in the mounts and not move or move very little. I changed out the sleeve that had been previously shortened a bit, and held the brackets tight to the coil as I tightened every thing down. Coil has a very small amount of play now, seems acceptable.
I also re-installed/redid the brackets on the left flipper coil, it had a small amount of play as well, it does not move now.
Re-gapped EOS on left and right flippers, left was a little to close, right was just a bit to wide.
Decreased gap on right flipper button leaf switch, also gave it a cleaning, it looked pretty dirty.
Lightly cleaned left flipper button leaf switch. Contacts are slightly misaligned, seems ok but might want to keep an eye on it.
Flippers seem to have the same power now, shots are all makeable.
As the ball feeds down the left inlane when it meets the flipper rubber it bounces a little from the flipper rubber being just a bit taller, not ideal but the game is playable.
